HEALTH PLANS

 Univera is our medical and prescription drug plan insurance carrier .  The plan is a PPO with in-network and out-of-network coverage available. 

 Delta Dental manages our dental plan.  Use a Delta Premier or Delta Preferred network dentist to receive higher benefit coverage and no claim filing or balance bill requirements. 

 Principal administers our vision plan.  When you use a VSP Choice network provider, you pay discounted fees with no claim filing required.  Reimbursement for non-network services is also available.
